Recruitment for
For our international client, we are looking for candidates with fluent English knowledge for a position in customer service in the travel industry area.
Your responsibilities
Daily contact with the customer by telephone and mail
Travel consultancy through Amadeus system
Assisting travellers during unexpected travel difficulties
After-sales service of customer inquiries, e.g. cancellations, complaints
Introducing process improvements
Employer requirements
Experience in the customer service area - in the travel industry
Knowledge of Amadeus/Sabre system
Fluent knowledge of English (min. C1)
University degree (bachelor/master)
