For one of the biggest, global banking brands, we are seeking for Customer Service Specialist with English.
Your responsibilities
- First-line service: receiving, registering, analyzing of reported problems by bank customers;
- Providing technical support to clients in accordance with bank's standards;
- Taking care of the high quality of processes and data integrity.
Employer requirements
- Higher education degree;
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing;
- Min. 2 years of experience in customer service in English;
- Experience in servicing corporate/business clients;
- Independence as well as willingness to cooperate within the team;
- Proven experience of high problem-solving skills.
Optional
- Knowledge of any additional European language;
- Experience in the banking sector.
