For our client, an international company, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Service Specialist with Finnish.
Customer Service Specialist with FinnishNumer ref.: 192005/6758
Responsibilities:
- serving as the primary contact for internal and external customers,
- taking orders and calls, creating deliveries, handling daily inquiries, complaints, residuals, availability and product questions,
- understanding the customer requirements and effectively communicating a solution,
- working closely with various departments to improve the Customer experience,
- entering orders into SAP,
- keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents in CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Logistic would be an asset,
- min. 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service,
- good knowledge of English and Finnish is necessary,
- previous experience in technical / electrical field would be an asset,
- excellent written and spoken communication skills,
- patient, customer-focused attitude and outgoing and friendly personality,
- ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment,
- strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
