Your responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing professional support for clients, customers and partners.
- communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
- order entry/order processing
- provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
- after sales service
- processing customer complaints
- delivering product advices
- forwarding customer request to specialist departments
- B2B customer support
Our requirements
- at least one year of experience in customer service role
- service-oriented thinking with a focus on a customer experience
- fluency in one of the following languages (min.C1 level): French, Dutch, German or Swedish
- written and verbal fluency in English (B2)
- outstanding communications skills
- administrative and technical knowledge
- excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- strong multitasking skills
