Your responsibilities
The daily execution of customer orders in SAP & e-commerce portal, order management & fulfilment
Coordination of the entire order delivery process in SAP: master data, pricing, availability, changes, deliveries, incidents
Delivery management and daily contact with mother plants & warehouses located in Europe
Claim management
Management of invoices and credit/debit notes
Price maintenance in SAP
Timely responding to various queries and ad-hoc requests affiliated with order management, assisting customers in solving problems and incidents
Building long-term relations with customers and internal stakeholders
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of French or German/Dutch/Swedish/Danish (min. B2) and English (min. B2) and Polish (min. B2)
Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Planning / Stock Replenishment or similar areas
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Export knowledge and sea container process would be an advantage
Team work and problem-solving attitude
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
Very strong communication skills and pro-client attitude
