Your responsibilities

  • Cooperate in German and English with our European customers via phone and email on a daily basis to manage and process their orders and to solve problems that may occur on the way

  • Work on a system – a big portion of our work involves order management, inventory checks and reports generation and analysis

  • Work in a team – it’s important to us that team members cooperate and support each other, providing back-ups as necessary

  • Build and/or maintain the relationships with our customers – we’re not a call center, we have long-standing customers, and we want them to be satisfied with our service

  • Cooperate with internal departments of Sylvamo and learn not only about logistics processes (such as demand, production, and planning transportation) but also about pricing and sales & marketing, in order to successfully manage your customer accounts

  • Take part in global and local projects and initiatives, including process improvement ones

Our requirements

  • Very good command of German and communicative English

  • Ability to learn quickly and process high volumes of data accurately and efficiently

  • Action and detail orientation

  • Eagerness to work in a team environment and make your own decisions

  • Good analytical and organizational skills

  • Ease to work with computers and learn new systems

  • No previous experience is required; university degree will be sufficient


  • Ability to communicate in Polish (would be a plus)
