Your responsibilities

  • Handling incoming calls concerning travels - airline tickets, hotel bookings, travel insurances, car rentals on German market,

  • Guiding customers through each stage of their trip planning,

  • Providing clients with advice in the field of tourism,

  • Post-sale booking service,

Our requirements

  • Advanced verbal and written level of German and English,

  • High level of communication skills,

  • Customer orientation, ability to adapt to different situations,

  • Motivation to work and willingness to develop,

  • Responsibility and professional approach to the entrusted tasks,

  • Proactive attitude towards high quality of service,

  • Knowledge of the travel market based on passion and travel experience (optional).
