For our client – a recognizable company from a SSC/BPO sector – we are hiring on the position of:

 Customer Service Specialist with German 

Location: Warszawa
WAW German

Key accountabilities include:

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email or chat
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features
  • Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, also searching for a ready solution
  • Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved, also reporting
  • Performing other administration tasks including cooperating with other departments

We expect:

  • Fluent command of German, min. C1 level (is a must)
  • Good command of English, min. B2+ level (is a must)
  • Fluent command of one of other European languages such as Hungarian, Dutch, Finnish, Slovenian or Bulgarian, min. C1 level (preferred)
  • At least 6 month experience in Customer Service area
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in working within a SSC/BPO sector (preferred)
