Your responsibilities

  • Providing a high level of customer service using ticket system

  • Quick and effective response to incoming customer inquiries

  • Provide accurate and complete information to the client using the appropriate methods/tools provided by the company

  • Back-office customer support

Our requirements

  • Excellent command of German

  • Knowledge of the English language, min. B1 level

  • Highly developed interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work shifts, Monday-Sunday 9-21

  • Communicativeness, and correctness

  • Good work organization, diligence, and responsibility
