Your responsibilities
Providing a high level of customer service using ticket system
Quick and effective response to incoming customer inquiries
Provide accurate and complete information to the client using the appropriate methods/tools provided by the company
Back-office customer support
Our requirements
Excellent command of German
Knowledge of the English language, min. B1 level
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability to work shifts, Monday-Sunday 9-21
Communicativeness, and correctness
Good work organization, diligence, and responsibility
