Your responsibilities
Process orders from customers in SAP
Supervise orders from the moment of entering them into the system until delivery and billing
Answer internal/external customers’ requests via email/phone
Handle customers’ complaints according to the appropriate procedure (SAP and SalesForce)
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers
Identify and implement improvements among existing processes
Cooperate with Sales/Logistics/Credit&Collection/Marketing/Finance
Participate/work on global/local projects
Execute company goals and KPIs
Our requirements
Proficiency in Hungarian,
Good command of English,
Knowledge of Polish (advantage),
At least 2 years of B2B customer service experience,
Extensive knowledge about the mechanisms, practices, and standards used in the area of customer service,
High personal culture and Customer orientation,
Motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail,
Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills,
Ability to gather information, analyze and propose solutions,
Excellent oral and written communication skills,
Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization,
High capabilities to develop and maintain business relationships in a diverse business environment,
Good command of MS Office,
Experience with SAP (preferably SD module),
Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with software SalesForce, EDI solutions (nice to have).
