Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian

Your responsibilities

  • Process orders from customers in SAP

  • Supervise orders from the moment of entering them into the system until delivery and billing

  • Answer internal/external customers’ requests via email/phone

  • Handle customers’ complaints according to the appropriate procedure (SAP and SalesForce)

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers

  • Identify and implement improvements among existing processes

  • Cooperate with Sales/Logistics/Credit&Collection/Marketing/Finance

  • Participate/work on global/local projects

  • Execute company goals and KPIs

Our requirements

  • Proficiency in Hungarian,

  • Good command of English,

  • Knowledge of Polish (advantage),

  • At least 2 years of B2B customer service experience,

  • Extensive knowledge about the mechanisms, practices, and standards used in the area of customer service,

  • High personal culture and Customer orientation,

  • Motivation, accuracy, and attention to detail,

  • Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills,

  • Ability to gather information, analyze and propose solutions,

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills,

  • Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization,

  • High capabilities to develop and maintain business relationships in a diverse business environment,

  • Good command of MS Office,

  • Experience with SAP (preferably SD module),

  • Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with software SalesForce, EDI solutions (nice to have).
