Your responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing professional support for clients, customers and partners
communicating effectively with customers via phone and email
order entry/order processing
provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers
after sales service
processing customer complaints
delivering product advices
forwarding customer request to specialist departments
B2B customer support
Our requirements
at least one year of experience in customer service role
service-oriented thinking with a focus on a customer experience
fluency in one of the following languages (min.C1 level): Italian, Danish, German or French
written and verbal fluency in English (B2)
outstanding communications skills
administrative and technical knowledge
excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
strong multitasking skills
