Your responsibilities

  • As a Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for providing professional support for clients, customers and partners

  • communicating effectively with customers via phone and email

  • order entry/order processing

  • provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers

  • after sales service

  • processing customer complaints

  • delivering product advices

  • forwarding customer request to specialist departments

  • B2B customer support

Our requirements

  • at least one year of experience in customer service role

  • service-oriented thinking with a focus on a customer experience

  • fluency in one of the following languages (min.C1 level): Italian, Danish, German or French

  • written and verbal fluency in English (B2)

  • outstanding communications skills

  • administrative and technical knowledge

  • excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • strong multitasking skills
