your tasks
- providing a premium brand experience and service to eCommerce customers
- assisting customers with purchasing products, order enquiries and after sales enquiries via phone, chat and e-mail
- participating in product promotion campaigns
- communicating key consumer feedback to Team Leaders within the Customer Experience Team
what we expect
- advanced Italian + English skills (B2 level or above)
- high school diploma or equivalent
- customer service experience (retail, shared services background preferred)
- good knowledge of the Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, etc.), Social Media and the Internet
- SAP/ERP knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
