Your responsibilities
Provide professional customer service support in Romanian for our new client;
Proactively respond to client inquiries on a daily basis (via phone & email);
Building a good relationship with the customer.
Our requirements
Fluent Romanian (C1/C2)
Very good understanding of the English language (B2/C1);
Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs;
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
