Your responsibilities
Customer advisor for Russian customers
Close collaboration with Customers, Sales and Logistics Departments
Ensuring the proper execution of the logistic services sold to customers in the framework of our contracts, research and implement corrective action plans to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers
Managing troubleshooting and customer-specific requests
Managing complaints
Backlog tracking
Our requirements
Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian
You are proficient in English, Polish would be considered as an asset
Experience in (Customer) Logistics
You have great communication skills and you are customer oriented
You are a team player
You have some experience in SAP (SD Sales & Distribution would be a plus)
You are familiar with MS Office (Excel, Power Point)
