Recruitment for
We are looking for a new member of Customer Service Team based in Gdańsk, who will focus on providing high quality support to customers of the digital platform used by banking and finance professionals.
The Customer Service Specialist will mainly be responsible for guiding the clients through the process of solving customer’s problems.
Your responsibilities
Contact Spanish-speaking customers to troubleshoot related to company products via phone, email or chat
Collect information regarding support requests in the management system (problem description and resolution, linking cases to appropriate contacts, follow-up)
Collect and provide feedback for continuous product improvement
Promote use of the public help desk to encourage users to help them with support queries
Update knowledge of all supported products to provide high quality advice to customers
Resolve and test product defects and issues reported by customers
Employer requirements
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
Language skills: English (B2) and Spanish (B2/C1)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Soft skills essential for working with people and ability to communicate clearly (via phone, via text)
Ability to prioritize and work under time pressure
Problem-solving and analytical skills
