Job Description

We are looking for German speakers to join our Team. If your German level is C1 or higher, want to become part of a winning team and start a new career chapter, then this opportunity is for YOU.

 

Work At Home – Covid-19 Precautions

Due to the current situation, the safety of all our client’s employees is the top priority of the company. Accordingly, all employees are currently Work At Home model till further notice.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests, solving the emerging issues.
  • Professional telephone, chat, social media and Email support in solving customer problems.
  • Recognizing customer needs.
  • Participation in specialized training.
  • Understanding customer needs and assisting to solve the issue faced.
  • Building a good relationship with the customer while improving customer satisfaction.
  • Participating in the improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction by providing additional insights on how to improve them.

 

Targeted Qualifications

Must-Have:

  1. Knowledge of the German language.
  2. German, starting C1 level.
  3. English, starting B2 level.
  4. Personnel culture and a positive attitude.
  5. Attention to details and problem-solving.
  6. Skills for efficient navigation of the internet.

Good To Have “It’s a plus”

  • Previous Customer Service experience is a plus.

 

Interpersonal Skills

  • Communicative, Speak and/or write well and get your ideas across to others easily.
  • Interpreter, Look at things and make sense of them, figure what is needed and how to fulfil it.
  • Confident, Pleasant, Energetic, Helpful, Trustworthy

  • Attractive Salary PLN 5500 Gross + PLN 500 Bonus “Based on performance – Task completion on-time, activities conducted, high performance….etc ”.
  • Relocation allowance – PLN 700 Gross Extra /monthly for 12 months.

  • Shift Based: Yes.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 20:00 / Saturday & Sunday 9:00 – 18:00 (5 days a week, 8.5 hours -1 hour break) Work on Sunday Double Paid.
