    For our Client a well-known Company located in the heart of Katowice, we are looking for a Candidate who would like to take a position of Customer Service Team Lead.

    It’s a great opportunity for those who would like to have a real impact on Company structure by taking care of individual development path. Extend your skills in the area of people management and be the leader of a team full of goal-oriented and engaged colleagues. 

    Your daily tasks will include prioritizing the day-to-day workload, conducting team meetings, 121 and ensuring the achievement of all related KPIs and SLAs. 

    We are looking for a person with fluency in English (level – C1 min.) Experience (min. 1,5 year) in people management or as a Customer Service Team Leader is a must.
