Working with established systems and developing new working practices to ensure that the department meets both, sales and customer satisfaction targets
Motivating and empowering your team and the wider centre to achieve against personal and business targets
Driving efficiency and effectiveness through development of people and process solutions
Expertly handling escalation calls
Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders, including Internal / External account owners, Technical Support functions, Distribution Centres, Asset and Marketing
•Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and energise a team, preferably in a contact centre or similar fast paced office environment
•Exceptional customer service skills
•Demonstrable ability to influence the sales number
•Excellent call handling, literacy, numeracy and analytical skills
•Fluent in English speaking and writing with a keen eye for detail
•Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritise a demanding workload
•Ability to demonstrate a high degree of resiliency; self-awareness and an understanding of personal impact
•Ability to build and maintain an effective understanding of the electronic design industry
•Minimum intermediate user of Microsoft office suite
•A quick learner with the drive and determination to succeed
•Experience of using CC technology to report and drive performance improvement
Good change management experience
•Passionate about learning new things is key!
