- Delegation of tasks, guide, motivate and support team members,
- Appoint KPI and prepare analyse reports,
- Cooperate with other departments of organisation,
- Descry errors and continous improve approach to fixing them,
- Support customers and the team with solving issues emerged,
- Support Recruitment process and talent management with HR manager,
- Min. 2 years of experience on a leader positions,
- Good knowledge of English (min. B2), additional language will be an asset,
- Perfect communication skills both verbal and written are essential for the role,
- Genuine ability to coach others and have adequate skills to conduct difficult conversation when needed,
- Effective organizational skills to plan work schedules and manage multiple projects/plans,
- Ability to document process and tools in detailed standards.
