Customer Service Team LeaderNumer ref.: CSTL/KRK/RG

Responsibilities:

  • Delegation of tasks, guide, motivate and support team members,
  • Appoint KPI and prepare analyse reports,
  • Cooperate with other departments of organisation,
  • Descry errors and  continous improve approach to fixing them,
  • Support customers and the team with solving issues emerged,
  • Support Recruitment process and talent management with HR manager,

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of experience on a leader positions,
  • Good knowledge of English (min. B2), additional language will be an asset,
  • Perfect communication skills both verbal and written are essential for the role,
  • Genuine ability to coach others and have adequate skills to conduct difficult conversation when needed,
  • Effective organizational skills to plan work schedules and manage multiple projects/plans,
  • Ability to document process and tools in detailed standards.
