Customer Service Team Leader with English

Key responsibilities (but are not limited to):

  • Lead and motivate a team of agents to ensure all customer service objectives are achieved and each member works to their fullest potential;
  • Produce and manage the required KPI reports (related to: Average Handle Time, Contacts Per Hour, Contact Quality Score, Occupancy %, Timekeeping, Attendance, Break Adherence, CSAT);
  • Ensure that all issues are responded to and closed within 4 hours of posting;
  • Adhere to the company IT, Security, Health and Safety procedures.

Ideal candidate must:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in leading a team in a Call Centre or Customer Service;
  • Be fluent in English language;
  • Ideally have worked in Gaming industry before;
  • Have high level of communication skills (written and verbal);
  • Have ability to work under pressure within tight deadlines;
  • Be highly motivated, proactive, ambitious;
  • Have an autonomous, hands on and be flexible.
