Your responsibilities

  • Supporting, advising and instructing employees in customer-oriented processing of transactions in day-to-day business

  • Be responsible for staff scheduling, day manager function, required statistical evaluations, adherence to service, quality, productivity and cost targets

  • Participate in ongoing optimization of workflows and processes as well as personnel, cost and target planning

  • Extension and maintenance of existing training materials, handouts and internal knowledge databases

  • Collection and evaluation of statistics in the context of quality management as well as derivation and implementation of suitable measures for quality improvement

  • Supervision of trainees and new employees according to the instructions

  • Productive cooperation in input tasks (classification, data extraction, immediate completion) analogous to the core tasks of a team member

Employer requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the Team Management (ideally 4-5 people)

  • Ideally several years of professional experience in Customer Service

  • Strong business know-how

  • Fluent in German and English

  • Experience in the management and further development of employees, as well as in education and training

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to analyse, listen, and make recommendations.
