Your responsibilities
Supporting, advising and instructing employees in customer-oriented processing of transactions in day-to-day business
Be responsible for staff scheduling, day manager function, required statistical evaluations, adherence to service, quality, productivity and cost targets
Participate in ongoing optimization of workflows and processes as well as personnel, cost and target planning
Extension and maintenance of existing training materials, handouts and internal knowledge databases
Collection and evaluation of statistics in the context of quality management as well as derivation and implementation of suitable measures for quality improvement
Supervision of trainees and new employees according to the instructions
Productive cooperation in input tasks (classification, data extraction, immediate completion) analogous to the core tasks of a team member
Employer requirements
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the Team Management (ideally 4-5 people)
Ideally several years of professional experience in Customer Service
Strong business know-how
Fluent in German and English
Experience in the management and further development of employees, as well as in education and training
Excellent communication skills - ability to analyse, listen, and make recommendations.
