CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER
> Providing quality Customer Service through the daily management of a team,
> Setting priorities and managing KPI’s,
> Recognizing and celebrating the team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance,
> Resolving employee/customers problems and enquires,
> Providing leadership, support, and development within members of a team,
> Managing day-to-day workflow of the team in an organized and efficient manner,
> Supervising team schedules.
> Fluency in German and English - both written and spoken,
> 2-3 years of experience in people management and customer service,
> Leadership, problem solving and customer service skills,
> Highly developed and communication and analytical skills,
> Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
> Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products,
> High energy, passion and a good sense of humor.
