Its projects involve searching for candidates to fill positions that require advanced technical or managerial skills, as well as high-volume recruitment associated with creating new structures or new teams within a short timeframe. The Antal SSC & BPO division consists of sections specializing in the following disciplines: Finance & Accountancy, Banking Operations, Payroll/HR, Legal Operations, Customer Service/IT Helpdesk, Purchasing, Supply Chain.

For our client located in Warsaw currently we are searching for candidates on position:

Customer Service & Logistics Team Leader

 

 

Location: Warszawa

 Responsibilities:

·      Daily operational management of the team

·      People management responsibilities (recruitment, onboarding, employee performance & development management)

·      Coaching and development of the team as well as individual team members

·      Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals

·      Coordinate and manage projects within the Team

·      First point of contact for (logistics) escalations from customers and internal organization

·      Systematic analysis and improvement of productivity and customer experience across all channels

 

 

Requirements:

 

·      Minimum 3 years’ experience in people management in a commercial customer-facing role, with strong operational process understanding

·      Excellent command of English

·      Knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian is an asset

 ·     Strong Team Builder with Change Management abilities

·      Working experience in supply chain/logistic process
