Recruitment for

Our Client is the international company which produces ceramics and refractory materials.

Your responsibilities

  • Responding to customer queries (through email, phone, social media channels, video),

  • Ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled. Support and follow-up of new customers creation process. Assist in the customer complaint and return process,

  • Escalating serious issues or complaint,

  • Improvement of the common problems wherever possible,

  • Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved,

  • Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times,

  • Providing training to new customer service agents.

Employer requirements

  • Experience in a customer service area,

  • Excellent language skills (English and German),

  • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure,

  • Problem-solving skills, positive attitude,

  • Practical experience with help desk software,

  • Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities.
