Our Client is the international company which produces ceramics and refractory materials.
Responding to customer queries (through email, phone, social media channels, video),
Ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled. Support and follow-up of new customers creation process. Assist in the customer complaint and return process,
Escalating serious issues or complaint,
Improvement of the common problems wherever possible,
Obtaining and sharing customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved,
Maintaining a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times,
Providing training to new customer service agents.
Experience in a customer service area,
Excellent language skills (English and German),
The ability to respond appropriately under pressure,
Problem-solving skills, positive attitude,
Practical experience with help desk software,
Multitasking and prioritizing capabilities.
