    Capita is currently recruiting for motivated individuals into the Zurich project in Kraków for the position of:

    Customer Service with German or Italian
    (Policy Administration Team)
    Miejsce pracy: Kraków

    Working as an Administrator within our Policy Administration Department, you will assist in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors).


    Typical activities will include onboarding new customers into the system, updating policy holder details, resolving premium allocation issues, producing annual policy statements, switches, and handling policy claims by phone, email and written letter.


    • Providing a world class service by maintaining and improving service levels
    • Ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met effectively and within standard times
    • Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times
    • Assisting in the preparation of a suite of standard letters, ensuring standards are adhered to
    • Assisting in achieving the overall objectives of the department

    Required skills:

    • University degree (BA or MA)
    • Fluency in German or Italian (both spoken and written)
    • Very good level of English (both spoken and written)
    • Proficiency in various software packages, including Word, Excel & Access
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Accuracy and orientation to detail
    • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Being flexible in working hours as well as having capability to multi-task
    • High ethical standards

    Desirable Competencies:

    • Experience in the insurance industry (considered an asset)
