- Cooperation with transport companies, forwarding agents and customs offices
- Coordinating incoming shipments with the warehouse, booking incoming goods
- Managing consignment costs, preparing necessary reports
- Customer support
- Translations of documentation
- Replacement of Operation team and Sales Administration team members when necessary
- Taking part in events like exhibitions, meetings and trainings when necessary
Our requirements
- Native or excellent Polish – must have
- Advanced written and spoken English – must have
- High school level education (university level education is preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Self-reliance
- Good learning skills
- Good team player with excellent organization and communication skills

Due to the continuing expansion of our business, we are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills to join our Polish team as a Customer Services Assistant.
The role includes a competitive salary of 6000-8000 PLN per month, depending on education and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. There is great scope for progression and personal development within this role with extensive training and support from our enthusiastic teams, and outside training where required.
