Your responsibilities
Processing orders from the Customers;
Creating accounts for new Customers, monitoring of incoming orders by TecCom;
Express delivery orders from the warehouses;
Monitoring of the Customer's open orders and forwarding information about new delivery times to the Customer;
Correspondence and contact with the Clients, sending information about prices and availability;
Monitoring customer receivables;
Daily and monthly order and backorder reporting;
Preparing of lists, reports and analysis for the needs of internal and external clients;
Preparing of turnover of customers and purchasing groups;
Performing tasks commissioned by direct supervisor
Ticket creation for internal Ticketing System
Our requirements
2 years of experience in the customer service environment
Good knowledge of English
German language knowledge will be an asset
University degree
Good knowledge of SAP system and Ms Office- Excel;
MS Dynamics knowledge will be a plus
Ability to identify and resolve potential problems;
Very good communication skills;
Ability to work with the multinational team.
