Your responsibilities

  • Processing orders from the Customers;

  • Creating accounts for new Customers, monitoring of incoming orders by TecCom;

  • Express delivery orders from the warehouses;

  • Monitoring of the Customer's open orders and forwarding information about new delivery times to the Customer;

  • Correspondence and contact with the Clients, sending information about prices and availability;

  • Monitoring customer receivables;

  • Daily and monthly order and backorder reporting;

  • Preparing of lists, reports and analysis for the needs of internal and external clients;

  • Preparing of turnover of customers and purchasing groups;

  • Performing tasks commissioned by direct supervisor

  • Ticket creation for internal Ticketing System

Our requirements

  • 2 years of experience in the customer service environment

  • Good knowledge of English

  • German language knowledge will be an asset

  • University degree

  • Good knowledge of SAP system and Ms Office- Excel;

  • MS Dynamics knowledge will be a plus

  • Ability to identify and resolve potential problems;

  • Very good communication skills;

  • Ability to work with the multinational team.
