Visit customers, identify business opportunities and expedite these in order to change them into proposals and contracts,
Establish a network with customers, vendors, external partners to capture market's unmet and/or underserved needs,
Manage Sales activities for Services and Spare parts products, including the development/creation of relevant product documentation (like executive materials, service product and marketing document and others),
Manage priorities for development of Services while liaise with Technology and Engineering Disciplines,
Capture and productize (by involving required disciplines, departments) potentially saleable services including go-to-market and pricing strategy,
Present, discuss and validate new Service Ideas and Products during regularly reviews with Product Lines and other Disciplines for final validation,
Answer the client’s needs, while looking for new Services opportunities,
Take on a challenging multidisciplinary role as a sales, proposal, commercial, project engineer and project manager.
Experience in plant engineering (5 years or more would be beneficial),
Experience with proposal work and cost estimates,
Sales capabilities, strong in communication,
Basic understanding of the Technology for which the Services shall be managed,
Knowledge of project execution/ management,
Field experience is a strong asset,
Willingness to acquire know-how beyond current field of expertise, ability to think "outside the box".
