Your responsibilities

  • Build relationships with potential clients

  • Lead product demonstrations for our internal prospects and help them achieve

  • success with NapoleonCat during the trial period

  • Suggest product improvements based on feedback

  • Proactively cooperate in improving our sales processes

Our requirements

  • 2+ years customer success, account management or sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or software company

  • Excellent in English - written and spoken

  • Business oriented, results and KPI driven person with great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

  • Empathetic attitude with a desire to help prospects reach their goals, and able to handle objections in a positive manner

  • Strong presentation and demo skills

  • Able to cooperate in a team environment

  • Eager and able to quickly learn new tools and processes – we use a stack of business tools that help us manage and automate our work

  • Social media knowledge is plus
