Your responsibilities
Build relationships with potential clients
Lead product demonstrations for our internal prospects and help them achieve
success with NapoleonCat during the trial period
Suggest product improvements based on feedback
Proactively cooperate in improving our sales processes
Our requirements
2+ years customer success, account management or sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or software company
Excellent in English - written and spoken
Business oriented, results and KPI driven person with great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Empathetic attitude with a desire to help prospects reach their goals, and able to handle objections in a positive manner
Strong presentation and demo skills
Able to cooperate in a team environment
Eager and able to quickly learn new tools and processes – we use a stack of business tools that help us manage and automate our work
Social media knowledge is plus
