Our Client is the world’s first Data-to-Everything Platform. It is a multinational corporation, that produces software for searching, monitoring, and analyzing machine-generated big data via a Web-style interface. It is a multinational corporation technology company with more than 5,000 employees in 27 offices worldwide, focusing on creating lasting data outcomes for customers.

Currently, for our Client, we are looking for a Customer Success Advocate in Cracow.

 

You will be responsible for

  • Monitoring customer digital adoption journey and serves as their guide for success
  • Maintaining customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and increasing adoption
  • Answering customer inquiries about best practice content or general needs
  • Advocating customer needs/issues cross-departmentally

 

Who you are

  • 2+ years of experience in IT and customer service
  • Demonstrate a functional understanding of Customer Success Management goals
  • Working knowledge of Industry Information Technology practices
  • Excellent customer communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Assimilate information from multiple sources to compose relevant unified response
  • Experience with CS tools such as Knowledge Management Systems and CRM
  • Language fluency: English (business level) and other languages (e.g. France, German, Spanish or other European languages)
