    We are now expanding our Customer Success & Integration Department (CSI) to include team members to support client onboarding. CSI is responsible for ensuring that Synerise clients are able to deploy the application quickly and easily. Our clients include well-known brands and market leaders.     • Managing implementation of Synerise software at enterprise-level companies
    • Delivering documentation detailing implementations
    • Collaboration with Solution Architects and Product Owners

    We expect:

    • Strong analytical and communication skills
    • Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills
    • Knowledge of REST API terminology
    • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
    • Knowledge of Postman or similar software
    • High motivation for self-development and a desire to acquire knowledge
    • English at advanced level, both written and spoken

    Nice to have:

    • Experience working with Office365 environment
    • Knowledge of Apache Hadoop ecosystem
    • Knowledge of Scala and Node.js
    • Experience in software implementation at enterprise-level companies
