Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Be a Partner to the Account Owner and bring success in winning, retaining and growing business (L&S and Ocean Growth)

  • Account Management and

  • Develop strong, profitable and trustworthy long-term client relationships

  • Compliance discussions & forecasting

  • Upselling of Maersk Products and Solutions

  • Tender (Ocean and L&S) handling, negotiation and implementation across brands (One Maersk approach)

  • Strong stakeholder management across levels, departments and countries

  • Escalation point for service delivery & collections

  • Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills

  • Good English skills, both in written and spoken

  • Willingness to take ownership

  • Capable of working under pressure while keeping sight of the bigger picture and of the full business processes

  • Good coordination and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge about Maersk products, services and systems

  • Someone who can lead trough influence

  • Eye for detail and a proactive nature

The daily interaction with  stakeholders on various levels around the world will be your main tasks.  You will have interaction with senior management from of our own  company but also exposure to the senior management of the client.  Expanding the business and focussing on our different products are just  some of the important tasks of your new role and together with your team  colleagues you will be an extension of the Account Manager building a  professional and highly engaged team.
