Monitoring the funnel of expiring agreements, contacting customers up to 3 months in advance of expiration, and providing a proposal/quote to the customer/partners for the continuation of their support and products,
External collaboration with partners and end users and internally with the Client sales team,
Handling customer inquiries, up-selling, and upgrading products,
Actively pursuing the list of lapsed customers, end users, and channel partners to sell reinstated products,
Assisting in the negotiation of contracts or maintenance agreements,
Participating in team meetings and taking responsibility for renewal improvement initiatives and other assigned action items.
Very good command of German and English
Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc),
Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter,
Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving.
Knowledge of the virtualization industry and the ability to relay information to potential customers,
Previous experience – Sales background and previous experience are a plus,
Knowledge of Salesforce.com
