Your responsibilities

  • Proactively manage client relationships, including monitoring account health, client satisfaction, and usage of Showlabs.tv

  • Serve as your clients’ point of contact, ensuring that all client inquiries are answered in timely, clear and organized manner

  • Become a Showlabs.tv expert and learn all the product’s features and capabilities

  • Deliver virtual onboardings tailored to the client team’s needs while answering any relevant product or industry-related questions

  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the major players in streaming video (Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, etc.) and follow entertainment industry news and trends

  • Work closely with the analysts on the Insights team to deliver customized data projects under deadline

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve client deliverables, anticipate client needs, and offer solutions

  • Build trust and rapport with our clients to strengthen our existing relationships

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of full-time work experience, ideally in an analytics or customer success role for a technical product

  • A passion for media, particularly TV or film

  • Ability to confidently and effectively communicate complex information to individuals or groups in writing or during virtual meetings

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • Near-native verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Polish or Spanish would be a plus, but is not required

  • Ability to manage client expectations against multiple deadlines, both internal and external

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks

  • Motivation and enthusiasm, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


  • A prior understanding of the streaming or television advertising industry, including research terminology and methodology

We’re looking to hire a key addition to the company, a highly-motivated Customer Success Specialist, who will report to the VP of Growth and will work closely with the analysts on our Insights team.

We'll help you build your career in tech while you collaborate with a diverse team of talented individuals. As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by answering technical and data-related inquiries from clients. You’ll also be leading product onboardings and managing all aspects of existing client relationships.

As a Client Success Specialist, you’ll become an expert on Plum’s analytics dashboard, Showlabs.tv. You’ll also become a trusted advisor to our clients to ensure that they’re optimizing the full value of Plum data for their business needs. To thrive in this role, you’ll need to have (or will need to develop) an understanding of audience measurement within the entertainment industry, and have previous client-facing experience and analytical skills.
