Your responsibilities

  • build and maintain relationships with existing Dealavo customers

  • respond to enquiries and educate guide our Customers through our products

  • troubleshoot problems for Customers

  • coordinate solutions with IT and technical support team

Our requirements

  • excellent language skills both in Polish and English

  • readiness to work with customers from all over the world

  • proficiency in computer skills and Internet tools

  • openness to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace

  • an outgoing person with an upbeat attitude


  • prior experience in sales / customer service (especially B2B)

  • experience with task systems like Jira Software

  • business acumen and preferably some technical background
