Your responsibilities
Investigate and solve customer's technical issues with application
Interact with customers through email and phone
Educate customers on application features and good practices
Cooperate with other departments in identifying bugs and customers' needs
Our requirements
Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or Account Management (1-year minimum)
Full professional proficiency in German
English skills on the communicative level (English is the business language in our Company, job interviews are held in English as well
Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
Good analytical skills
Strong customer relationship building
Optional
Second language will be a big plus (at least communicative level in writing): French, Spanish, Hindi
eCommerce and IT experience
