Your responsibilities

  • Investigate and solve customer's technical issues with application

  • Interact with customers through email and phone

  • Educate customers on application features and good practices

  • Cooperate with other departments in identifying bugs and customers' needs

Our requirements

  • Previous experience working in Customer Service and/or Account Management (1-year minimum)

  • Full professional proficiency in German

  • English skills on the communicative level (English is the business language in our Company, job interviews are held in English as well

  • Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Strong customer relationship building


  • Second language will be a big plus (at least communicative level in writing): French, Spanish, Hindi

  • eCommerce and IT experience
