    About your duties

    • Help and answer merchants via live chat with high quality communication skills.
    • Sometimes report some issues to Tech Support.

    What we are looking for

    • An interest in e-commerce
    • Fluent spoken and written English (advanced B2 English or higher)
    • Willing to work in 3 work-shift cycle with flexible weekends and weekdays
      (working shifts time: 6am – 2 pm; 2pm – 10 pm; 10pm – 6 am)
    • Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude
    • Adaptability and the ability to handle new and challenging situations in real time
    • The ability to work with an international team and adjust to different cultural standards

    Additional beneficial skills

    • Education or experience in the following fields: general business, communication, or technology
    • On the job experience in customer service, tech support, e-commerce or in any app-based company
    • Fluency in a second language (Spanish or Portuguese in particular)
