CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT
Do you speak English fluently?
Do you have first corporate experience?
Would you like to work with SAP and CRM (Sales Force)?
Do you have people orientation and proactive approach?
Would you like to develop within growing domain and cooperate with high – tech Client?
Do you have problem solving and analytical skills?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email/phone communication to manage customer orders / issues
  • Resolution of customer queries
  • Proactive communication to the customer on order status and potential resolution
  • Support risk assessment in supply chain and setting mitigation plans
  • Adhering to work standard to ensure high quality service
  • Co-operation with other team members
