Your responsibilities

  • Deliver service and support to customers via inbound/outbound calls or emails for a suite of applications and services.

  • Provide problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis or guiding users through step-by-step solutions.

  • Track and escalate existing support tickets and ensure timely follow up and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay current with product details, product updates and new product releases.

  • Collect and communicate customer suggestions for continuous improvement to appropriate personnel

  • Good attention to details - good eye for spotting errors

  • Basic car owner's knowledge. You can list car fluids and filters

  • Experience in a car dealership is a plus

Our requirements

  • Customer Service driven with multi-tasking capabilities

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Proper phone etiquette and effective listening skills

  • Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Scandinavian, German, French, Italian Spanish, further European language will be an advantage

  • Strong troubleshooting ability and problem resolution skills

  • Proficiency in knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Customer support / IT helpdesk / IT support experience appreciated
