Your responsibilities

  • Supporting customer field deployments

  • Monitoring of deployed solutions

  • Debugging issues reported from the customers

  • Configuring and troubleshooting of Linux based hardware

  • Reproduction of issues from the field

  • Documenting of hardware lab environments

Our requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Networking

  • Linux knowledge at user level

  • Debugging skills

  • Interested in working with IoT hardware

  • Willing to work with docker, Jenkins technologies and Azure platform

  • Willing to work with monitoring and alerting systems

  • Good command of English and ideally German

The Polish division of relayr is responsible for developing software for the IoT enterprise platform with all software designed, implemented, and tested in Katowice. We also provide support for the installation and maintenance of our software for clients across the globe.

Our aim is to provide you with a holistic and well-rounded experience where you have plenty of opportunities to gain practical knowledge, industry experience, and develop networks within a professional setting. The program runs for a total of 6 months starting on 1st July 2021. The first 3 months is a full time commitment (40 hours per week) and the second 3 months will be part time to coincide with your university schedule.
