Customer Support Officer
with Greek
Location: Kraków

What you will do:

  • Process of General Banking Services, Cards Operations & e-Fraud monitoring activities and cooperation with team members, line manager and business partner in order to deliver high quality of services and satisfy Customer needs
  • Check and process all types of applications and transactions
  • Be a point of contact for Business Partner
  • Support for newly migrated processes
  • Procedures development
  • Support cross training

What we expect of you:

  • Well spoken and written English and Greek
  • High attention to detail
  • Analytical skills and ability to take initiative
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn quickly
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Customer service experience nice to have
