For our Client, an international production company, we are looking for Czech/Slovak speakers interested in a position of Customer Support Representative.
maintaining direct contact with B2B or B2C customers in order to solve their issues (by phone and by email),
providing all the needed information about products and services,
capturing customer’s requests & claims, analysing and provides issue resolution or appropriate answer,
supporting sales department by up-selling or cross-selling activities,
enhancing the value of the positive customer experience through the knowledge, information and advice given.
excellent knowledge of English (B2) and Czech or Slovak (C1),
previous experience in customer service or willingness to develop within this area,
very good communication and interpersonal skills,
result- and customer-oriented attitude,
ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
