    Customer Support Representative with French

    Job Description

    We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Representative with French language to provide customer support, coordinate all service related activities as follows: service contract lifecycle management, work order management, field service support.

    Main objectives of this role are to:

    • Intake Customers calls in the local language (French) for all related activities such as requests for service, service contract, service related complaints
    • Collaborate efficiently on related tasks with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Finance, Master Data
    • Administrate of system supporting Services (ServiceMax, LOTS)
    The successful candidate will have a perfect knowledge of French and working knowledge of English (any other European language is a plus), Degree level is required, but last-year students are also welcome.
    Additionally to the above experience and soft skills we would be ideally looking for:
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Adept at multitasking with great detail orientation
    • Capacity to acquire a high-level understanding of technical issues
    • Good knowledge of all MS Office tools
    • Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment will be an asset
