Customer Contact Center organization has been established to provide a clear and easily accessible contact point for inquiries of any kind from customers - and other business Partners. Our goal is to improve the issue resolution process towards our customers, in order to achieve and maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Professional Contact Center agents interact with business partners and ensure that inquiries are routed to the right unit for resolution in a rapid and competent way.

To strengthen our Customer Contact Center, we are looking for the Customer Support Specialist with Dutch and French. In this role, You will be handling various customer issues, while delivering world class customer service.

Your responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for internal and external business partners
  • Process incoming requests through the different existing channels (phone, e-mails, web, chat) in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle customer requests (e.g. RFQ, order assistance, technical support, payment support) in coordination with sales, operations, supply chain management and other internal and external teams
  • Proactively inform customers of the status of their request and clarifies all questions. Ensure a positive Customer experience throughout the process
  • Coordinate efforts using relevant resources so that the application is processed efficiently and increases customer satisfaction

Your background

  • Bachelor degree and at least 1-2 years of relevant corporate experience, ideally in customer service or contact center
  • Proficient in Dutch (B2/C1) and French (B2/C1)
  • Good English skills – minimum B2
  • Good level of MS Office skills. Previous experience of working with CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) would be a plus
  • Proactive approach and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and customer service mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsive and proactive behavior, well organized
  • Knowledge of ABB products and systems advantageous
