Your responsibilities
Pre-Sales Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer queries (phone or chat) and supporting Microsoft's business clients in incoming communication.
Our requirements
Excellent knowledge of Czech (C1 level at least)
Good knowledge of English (B1+ level at least)
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
Previous experience in customer service or sales will be an asset
