Your responsibilities
Pre-sales Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and chat) and supporting Microsoft's business clients in incoming communication as a presales advisor.

Our requirements
Very good knowledge of Dutch (C1 level)
Knowledge of English at B2 level

Computer literate and quick in searching for information
