Your responsibilities
- Pre-sales Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer queries (phone and chat) and supporting Microsoft's business clients in incoming communication as a presales advisor.

Our requirements
- Very good knowledge of Dutch (C1 level)
- Knowledge of English at B2 level
- Positive attitude and being open to customer needs
- Computer literate and quick in searching for information
