Your responsibilities
Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling customer queries (phone, e-mail and chat) and supporting individual and business clients in incoming communication - Microsoft company.
Our requirements
- Very good knowledge of English (C1 level at least)
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience in customer service will be an asset
