Customer Support Specialist with English

You are
You will be responsible of the direct interaction with our customers for all their requirements. You have very good planning, organizing and multitasking skills, a good ability to work independently but also in a team and a desire to develop yourself and your career. You need to be patient, empathetic and passionately communicative in order to keep our customers happy. 

Do we fit?
You will be responsible of answering to customers questions in a timely manner, by phone, email or other electronic channels and support them. You are a dynamic, proactive, with good communication skills person, that can take control in difficult situations in relation with customers.
Our team needs you to actively help to perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks proposed by Management. The main goal in your activity is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. You need to identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions in order to build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native level of English (or C2 level).
  • Good computer skills, including MS Office suite.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Previous experience in a similar position it’s a plus.
